The staff was accommodating and nice and gave me recommendations. The hotel had a great position, close to the stores. I was surprised at nearby Jamba Juice, they had some goodies, drinks.

The room met all requests, amazingly comfortable. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. The location was unbeatable, just off the Downey Inn and Disneyland and shopping area. We were there for 2 nights and felt will choose it for sure for next trip.

Pleasant overall experience. Great base for discovering Downey. Friendly staff on reception and elsewhere. Comfortable spot not far from the mall and food places as well as the Downey Inn. Also, near shopping area.

All of the staff members were helpful and nice. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect - not far from shopping area as well as the mall and food places. Again, it was not too far away from Stonewood Shopping Center.

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the venue. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities provided were convenient, including the jacuzzi bath. Despite a small hiccup with the initial room, the staff quickly rectified the situation and offered helpful alternatives. my stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Downey Inn Luxury Suites for a quick weekend getaway. The staff called me ahead of time to confirm my reservation and was accommodating when I arrived slightly early. The location was convenient, with a mall and various dining options nearby. The hotel was clean, and the room I saw had a deep jacuzzi. Although it wasn't my preference, the staff was understanding and recommended another hotel for me to try. a positive experience.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
